These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wick waitlist, SMS program, and related services operated by THEWICK, INC at thewick.com. By submitting your phone number and joining the Wick waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
The Wick waitlist is operated by THEWICK, INC, a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 500 Paterson Plank Rd STE 31506, Union City, NJ 07087. Contact: contact@thewick.com.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to participate in the Wick waitlist and SMS program. By joining, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Enrolling in the Wick waitlist requires submitting a valid U.S. mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting to receive SMS messages from Wick. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Wick platform. We reserve the right to determine eligibility, access timing, and waitlist structure at our sole discretion.
By checking the consent box and submitting the waitlist form, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Wick related to your waitlist status, identity verification, product launch updates, and platform access. These messages are transactional in nature.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or a condition of receiving access to the Wick platform once it launches. Wick is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate removal from the waitlist and prohibition from future access.
All content, branding, and materials associated with Wick and thewick.com are the property of THEWICK, INC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Wick's name, logo, or trademarks.
THE WICK WAITLIST AND SMS PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, DELIVERY OF ALL MESSAGES, OR ACCESS TO THE WICK PLATFORM ON ANY PARTICULAR TIMELINE.
Nothing on the Wick website or in Wick communications constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Wick is a technology platform. Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEWICK, INC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE WAITLIST OR USE OF OUR SMS COMMUNICATIONS.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the waitlist or SMS program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
